2. Products and Prices
The price on each item includes no taxes for the European Union. All additional taxes should be paid by the customer when importing the products in his home country. 5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping in the E.U.
Standard shipping is dispatched with Spanish Post Correos Sign-for, UPS or any other courier. Delivery in 5/10 workings days depending the destination. For standard shipping, we cannot guaranty the exact delivery day.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days by Correos Sign-for or UPS. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. If shipment of your order is delayed for any reason, you will be notified immediately by email.

International shipping
Standard International shipping is done with UPS or any other courier or post service, such International Sign-for Correos depending the destination. Delivery depends on the destination but can vary between 5-12 days. For standard international shipping, we cannot guarranty the exact delivery day.
For Expedited Shipping, we ship with UPS, TNT, Zeleris, DHL or other carriers companies depending the destination.
We will not be responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address is wrong, has been omitted or the customer changes during its transit.
6. Cancelling an order
A customer can cancel any item delivered in the five (14) days following the day of the order delivery. For this purpose, all users must send an email BEFORE to contact@florenz-cashmere.com, specifying the reasons for the return. with delivery receipt formalising the 5 days delay to Florenz. Using this right lead to the payment refunding, after a quantity and quality check of returned items. The customer must handle the shipping return expanses and practical details.
7. Noncompliance of the order / Damaged item and guarantee
Florenz is strictly liable to the consumer for the proper execution of obligations under the contracted sales agreement. Florenz may exonerate itself from the responsibility by showing the proof the mis-execution of the contract is due to the buyer, or by the impredictable action of a subcontractor or a case of force majeure. In case of an anomaly at the delivery, if the products are deffective or non conform in nature (eg: wrong color), the customer must in the shortest time or the same day of receiving the order inform Florenz at the following address: contact@florenz-cashmere.com. Any claim done more than 3 days after receiving the product will not be accepted. The absence of the claim or the lack of information by the customer in the 3 days term means that the articles delivered are satisfying and may not be the case of further liabilities.
Any imperfections due to incorrect usage or manipulation of the products or wear and tear produced by normal use of the products, are not under guarantee.
8. Returns and exchanges
Return shipping will be decided by the customer, handling the expanses and practical detail unless the goods are incorrect. Under no circumstances shall Florenz be held responsible for organizing the returned order shipment.
In order for a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must comply with the following:
• It must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must have the original labels and packaging.
• The receipt note must be included in the package
• Discounted and sales products may be returned or exchanged but no cash refunds will be made.
• Returns not carried out within a maximum of seven (7) business days after receiving the confirmation from FlORENZ may be rejected.
9. Unavailability of an order
In exceptionnal circumstances, if the item ordered is not available, the customer can proceed for an exchange or be fully reimbursed of the total sum paid in no later than 30 days.
